“Changing Lives One Smile at a Time”
On Monday July 31st, 2006 my staff and I will be holding our 2nd annual benefit entitled “Dentists with Heart”. On this day we will provide dental care for indigent patients in our community. The event will take place at Big Smile Dental 2833 N. Milwaukee Ave. Chicago from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.
I will be joined with my entire dental team including Dr. Anu Garg D.M.D., Dr. Adri Moyano D.D.S., and Hygienist Nikki Elliot R.D.H. as well as Dr. Henry Lotsof, D.D.S., the Ravenswood Dental Group, Dr. David Hanson, M.D., D.D.S., the Lincoln Park Institute for Oral & Cosmetic Surgery, and Dr. Gary Hosters, D.D.S., Norwood Park Periodontics.
With your help we hope to treat between 200 to 300 patients and provide over $100,000 of free dental care.
To acknowledge your support in our community we will have a large donation board displayed prominently in our window that faces Milwaukee Avenue. Your name will appear in our local newspaper and if feasible the Chicago Tribune. Your name will appear in our four page color newsletter that goes out to 2,000 families that are patients thanking you and acknowledging your support. Your support will be acknowledged in a framed plaque in our reception area for one year. We are hoping for television, radio, and newspaper coverage of the event. We appreciate your support and help and look forward to a successful event.
